Q: How can I find out which stores carry a specific item?
A: Sometimes a specific store has an item on display at that particular time, calling the store will get you a more specific answer.

Q: Can I get a Cancun Market catalog?
A: All of our paper catalogues are in-store-only catalogues. Our new website NorthTexasFurniture.com has over 2,300 items to choose from.

Q: Do you have financing plans?
A: Yes, we offer 4 different types of Financing.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: If the manufacturer permits us to, we are more than happy to customize orders. Please visit our showroom for Selected Models may be available in different Fabrics.

Q: Can I buy an extra table leaf?
A: If the manufacturer permits us to, we are more than happy to order one for you.

Q: What is the difference between King size and California King Size beds?
A: The l’ is 4” longer in difference and the w’ is 4” shorter in difference for a king size from the California king. 99% of what we sell is the Eastern King.

Q: Is everything Cancun Market carries in this website?

Q: Is there a way to touch up the finish on my furniture?
A: A lot of the hardware stores sale touch up markers, finding the right match I’m sure it will be fine.

Q: I need assembly instructions for my furniture. Where can I get them?
A: If the item(s) you purchased require assembly, detailed instructions should have been included in the carton. If you have move and would like a copy of the instructions please feel free to let us know, we will do our best to contact our vendor and get you a copy.

Q: I have a question about warranties. How can I get help?
A: Claim Procedure
If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our manufacturer’s Limited Warranties, contact Cancun Market at your nearest location. The original bill of sale is necessary for the fulfillment of the warranty. Please make sure any claim for warranty service is accompanied by the necessary information to satisfy the warranty requirements. If necessary, the retailer will contact the distributor to establish service. If the problem can be easily corrected, Cancun Market will authorize the location to make those repairs. Cancun Market Furniture reserves the right to require defective parts is returned upon request. Cancun Market Furniture is not responsible for scheduling or the cost of transporting your furniture from your home to the retailer or from the retailer to your home. You must make those arrangements with the your local store

Q: How does your Protection Plan Work?
A: 5 yr warranty on the merchandise purchase on, it protects any accidents that may happen to the furniture/mattress (this have a similar but special protection) montage will fix the item damage, in the case of it not being fixable, they will replace the item, by redeeming a replacement, the warranty ends on that particular piece…on mattresses there is a 5yr protection plan, this is in the form a cover that is impenetrable, if order by the customer a new cover is sent to you every 6 months for the duration of the plan.

Q: Are any of the dining tables sold w/o the chairs?
A: Yes. Over 90% of items we sell can be sold separately including most tables. Some smaller tables come altogether in one box as a set but most items have individual numbers and they can be sold separately.

Q: Can end tables & sofa tables be sold separate from the coffee table?
A: Same as above. Some coffee tables are known as "3packs" which must be sold as a set but most of them have individual item numbers for the coffee and end tables.

Q: Do you offer discounts for purchases of several pieces?
A: Our prices are posted as the lowest in the market. We adhere to brands and factories of higher quality and we avoid "look-alikes" that have lower quality. That is why we have successfully stayed opened and maintained the same name after 17 years in business and over 39,000 customers served.
